They’re not only a company ethos; they’re our core values in life. However, the meaning behind each bearing is not static.

 

They change depending on the situation, problem or goal we are working with.

Daily Mindsetting

A task we do everyday at Find Your Mindset, this simple but easily overlooked tool allows us to plan our route, prepare for any unexpected trees in the road, drive through when times are tough and take lessons to the next adventure we call life.

Understand - What are you grateful for today? What challenges will you face today?

​

Adapt – You have a plan, life doesn’t care. Prepare to adapt.

 

Evolve – What are you going to do today to push yourself physically, mentally or ideally both.

 

Overcome – We don’t believe in easy but what practices are you going to put in place to make tomorrow “easier”

An example below is how we apply our bearings to our teaching.

 

Understand – We know that cultures are unique to organisations. We don’t push ideologies; we impart information and support people with their goals.

 

Adapt – We know that people will face different challenges as individuals. We will adapt our style to their learning and physical needs.

 

Evolve – We do not believe in the ‘if it’s not broken, don’t fix it’ approach. We are always working on ourselves to improve and strive to encourage others to do the same.

 

Overcome – We help people build resilience by giving them tools to cultivate courage, determination and resolve when they encounter hardships.
